The Premium Partner program is exclusive for the professional HR organisation, that is active on a national or international scale in the broader field of HR Services and Solutions and wants to broaden its offering with a comprehensive Talent Assessment and Management Technology.

They have built an extensive proven experience in the active commercialisation and delivery of HR Consultancy, Assessments and Talent Management Solutions to their clients. The ideal Premium Partner has multiple offices and employs a number of psychologists or highly experienced HR specialists.

Our Premium Partner is expected to have the capacity and interest to manage and support other Thalento® Partners in their geographic region.
