Our Personality & Motivation Assessments measure 30 Personality & Motivation criteria that determine professional behaviour, motivation and performance. They are the basis for our broad selection of reports. Our Assessments are designed to acquire a detailed analysis of personality and motivation. A thorough questionnaire requires a minimum of questions per item. The Thalento® TH-PQ is designed to do exactly that. It requires an average of 25’ to complete, but the return is a detailed reliable assessment.

Our Cognitive Tests are generated from a comprehensive and randomised database. To ensure reliable remotely collected results our cognitive tests can be equipped with the VALIDATE module.

Language

We offer an integrated suite of Language Tests, available in 2 versions Extended & Flex.

The ElaN Tests measure written language skills and are available in 5 languages; Dutch, English, French, German and Spanish.

They are based on the CEFR/CEF-scale (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), a standardised method to determine language skills into 6 levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2).

Microsoft Office

Our Microsoft Office Tests are available through an integrated partnership with ISV Online. Our MS Office Tests inventorise the MS Office skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Available for MS 2016.
