Thalento® and Cipal sign cooperation agreement

Recently, Thalento® and Cipal have decided to combine forces and signed a cooperation agreement, specifically for the Belgian public sector. Thalento®, a leading expert in e-Assessments and Talent Management, and the expertise center Personnel & Organisation of ICT service provider Cipal offer a targeted solution for e-Assessments to local authorities and public enterprises.

The strength of this offering lies in the efficient cloud-based assessment tools of Thalento® tailored to the competency models frequently used within the public sector. Through a combination of online selection tests, comprehensive reports with practical and objective information on performance, behaviour, motivation and competencies can be generated. This enables public companies to render their recruitment process more efficient and cost-effective while at the same time getting more guarantees that the candidate has the required competencies.

Cipal (www.cipal.be) will offer the Thalento® software exclusively to the Belgian public sector, completed with consultancy services for interpretation of and expert comments to the test results as well as additional training. Through this partnership, Thalento ® expands its HR offering to a new market.
