ThalentMe provides insights to better understand your employees. The accessible report shows Top Skills, Potential and Challenges. Top Skills are unique talents that are much better developed than in someone else. Potential are qualities that are better developed on average compared to the reference group. With some development tips the employee can also excel in this. Challenges are difficult to develop, but employees can become aware of them and learn to deal with them.
