The Global Thalento® Leadership Survey aims to understand the global similarities and variables in Leadership capabilities, strengths, challenges and requirements. The research intends to inventorise and understand the geographic, organizational and cultural expectations, influences and differences with respect to Leadership positions.

The Global Thalento® Leadership Survey started on December 9th 2011 and ends on February 29th 2012. Completing the survey will take approximately 20 minutes.

In April 2012, Thalento® will publish the findings of the Global Thalento® Leadership Survey on the Thalento® website and in selected media.
