About Thalento

Thalento® is the result of an ambition that I had for several years. Having performed numerous assessments over the past two decades I was committed to find the right answers to selection questions, earlier and with more detail.

Working together with Hilde Lemmens and David Decouche we started, in 2006, with the development of a new online assessment platform. We wanted it to be closer in line with client and candidate expectations.

We combined our extensive professional experience in selection and talent management with the expertise we acquired while working with clients in numerous international, people focused and performance driven projects.

After extensive trials, testing and validation programs executed during the period 2006 - 2008, the initial concept model, Alpha Selector, was launched in January 2009. The introduction became a success.

During the next 15 months, we developed the Alpha Selector into a comprehensive assessment platform.

After extensive brainstorming we launched...Thalento®.

Thalento® reflects wisdom and our conviction that Talent should always be cherished and nurtured.

Thalento® was launched in May 2010. In October 2010 Thalento NV was founded.
